Product Profile
The hammer crusher (hammer mill) crushes materials through high-speed collisions between the hammers and the feed. It offers a simple structure, high reduction ratio, and strong efficiency. The PC series is suitable for dry or wet crushing of brittle and medium-hard materials in mining, cement, coal, metallurgy, construction, road building, and petrochemical industries. Discharge size can be adjusted by changing the screen gap to meet different user requirements. The heavy-duty model can crush materials directly without pre-crushing.

Working Principle
The core component is the rotor fitted with hammers, consisting of the main shaft, disks, hinge pins, and hammer assemblies. A screen plate is positioned beneath the rotor. Driven by a motor, the rotor spins at high speed, and the hammers strike the material as it enters the crushing zone. Properly sized particles pass through the screen and exit, while oversized material is returned for further crushing until it meets the required size.
