CWF Series PE Pulverizer Machine
The CWF series mill enables economical and efficient grinding of various thermoplastic materials (including HDPE, MFPE, LLDPE, LDPE, PP, PVC, ABS, PA, PC, etc.) at normal temperature, producing high-quality powders specifically for rotomolding—free-flowing with high bulk density. In terms of output and energy consumption, it is the most economical air-cooled mill. Its small footprint (compact size) makes it an ideal choice for manufacturers and processors.

The new CWF Series features high-speed, precision disc-type pulverizers (available in 350mm to 800mm diameters) designed for processing medium-hard, impact-resistant, and friable materials. It effectively handles a wide range of inputs, including PE, PVC, PP, ABS, PET, PC, Foam, and even cow leather.
A primary application for the CWF Series is pulverizing PE for rotomolding. The system integrates a screening machine to strictly control particle size, ensuring high-quality output.
