IBC Mixer
The machine consists of a base, gyrator, drive system, lifting system, braking system, and control system.
Push the mixing hopper into the gyrator, select the program, and confirm on the touch screen. The hopper is lifted and clamped automatically.
After clamping, the PLC starts the drive system to mix according to the set time and speed. When finished, the gyrator stops vertically and the brake engages.
Switch to manual mode, press “lower,” and the hopper descends to position with process data printed.
Finally, push out the hopper for the next process.

Working Principle
1. The machine comprises a base, gyrator, driving system, lifting/lowering system, braking system, and control system.
2. To operate, place the mixing hopper into the gyrator. Select the automatic operation program, input the parameter group code, and press "confirm" on the touch screen. The hopper is automatically lifted to the designated position and clamped.
3. Upon receiving the clamping signal, the PLC control system activates the driving system to perform mixing based on the set time and rotation speed. Once parameters are met, the gyrator stops vertically, and the braking system engages, completing the mixing process.
4. Switch to manual mode and press the "lower" button to lower the hopper to its designated position, where it stops automatically, and process data is printed.
5. Remove the hopper and proceed to the next step.
