CNJP-800C Fully Automatic Capsule Filling Machine
The NJP-800C automatic hard capsule filling machine is ideal for small to medium-scale production. It features a fully enclosed ten-station turntable with unidirectional modules for sealing and easy mold disassembly. Airtight technology prevents powder ingress. Standardized clamps ease feeding part maintenance. A 3D-adjusted hole plate metering device reduces powder leakage and includes vacuum auto-cleaning. Dual feeding allows mixed drug filling (powder, granule, pellet, tablet). Air blowing and suction keep mold holes dust-free at high speeds. The dust-proof, user-friendly interface is fully functional.
