The NJP-2500C automatic hard capsule filling machine is designed for mass production. It features a fully enclosed twelve-station turntable with three rows of 40 holes for upper and lower modules. Airtight technology with internal gas pressure prevents external powder ingress. A lowered transmission center of gravity reduces vibration, enhancing stability and lifespan. Grooved cams improve transmission force and minimize failures. An automatic lubrication system reduces contamination, and standardized clamps simplify feeding part maintenance. Visual glass at cleaning and bag-out stations aids monitoring. A remote control ensures safe, easy mold disassembly and testing.
